1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of BookSmart Accounts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days of your initial subscription payment. No questions asked.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have full access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. After your cycle ends, your account will be downgraded to a read-only state.
3. Pro-rated Refunds
After the initial 30-day period, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription (whether monthly or annual). Your service simply remains active until the pre-paid term expires.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 30-day window, please email our support team from your registered email address. Please include your company ID and the reason for cancellation so we can improve our product.

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, UPI, or original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank.
6. Data Export Upon Cancellation
If you cancel your account, you will have 90 days to export all your financial ledgers and data in Excel format from your dashboard. After 90 days, we reserve the right to permanently delete your data from our servers for security reasons.
